Your RAMS Have Been Rejected. What Should Happen Next?
A returned submission can reveal gaps between the planned work and the information provided.
Understand The Reason For The Return
A rejected RAMS submission is a signal to understand the reviewer’s concerns before editing the document. The issue may relate to the proposed sequence, site conditions, plant, interfaces or missing supporting information. Adding more text does not necessarily resolve the underlying question.
Look Beyond The Document
Our team considers whether the written method reflects the intended work and the information available to the project. Where a design, survey or other critical input is outstanding, the response may require coordination and a defined hold point rather than a wording change.
A Response That Addresses The Comments
Our consultants can review the comments, identify the information needed and prepare a coordinated revision. The contractor and relevant project parties still need to review the method, confirm arrangements and brief those carrying out the work.
